At room temp, put in pot 100 g yogurt, and then add 100 ml milk (tech grade, with 2% fat) while stirring with a spoon. We notice stirring is very important in this prep. Put the pot in a fridge for 0.5 hour to increase flavor yield. After this step, aliquots can be taken and measured on tounges. The conclusion is at a certain composite, the aliquots can reach a flavor yield that is better than either milk or yogurt alone.
